Flower Man - Inversion Fortuite EP (Monofonus Press, 2011)

Warehouse find. Lone vinyl output from the otherwise cassette-only recording project of Christopher Bush as “Flower Man.” Recorded in Chicago around the year 2010. Musically, it is something of a precursor to the Flanger Magazine stuff. A four track song cycle featuring pastoral string synth, gestural electronics, and other flourishes in homage to the scenic electronic library music of Serge Bulot, Milpatte, Nino Nardini, and other such recording artists. A limited run release with a home recorded aesthetic and obvious imperfections in the recording fidelity during the last movement, which leaves the artist and listeners confused and perturbed to this day.  A nearly extinct curio worthy of your attention and very few dollars in this god forsaken year of incredible surprises. Single-sided ten inch record with silk screened b-side.
